Welcome to Sandbach Animal Rescue Society
We are a small charity based in Sandbach, whose main aim is to ensure that there are no stray animals in the Sandbach and Holmes Chapel area. The society is run entirely by volunteers who strive to provide a better life for local cats and dogs. We receive no money from the government but rely purely on fundraising to cover our costs, which amount to around £20,000 every year.

Can you help?
There are many ways in which you can help us to help our local animals:
Adopt a cat or dog
If you can give a loving home to an unwanted animal please click on the tabs at the top.
Join our committee
New members with fresh ideas are always welcome. We meet once a month at the CVS centre in Sandbach. Please contact us by e mail if you are interested.
Help out at our cattery
Caring for, feeding, cleaning and cuddling are all essential jobs at our purpose-built cattery. If you can spare any time to help look after our feline residents please contact us by e mail.
Assist with fundraising
Each month we have a market and jumble sale at St Mary’s church hall in Sandbach. If you can spare a couple of hours to help it would be much appreciated. Or if you just want to come along for a cuppa and a browse, that’s great!
